Palm Tree Cottage is on the beautiful coastline of rural West Sussex overlooking the sea. It is set in a quiet and peaceful location with the beach just 50m away and the river Adur running behind. The one bedroomed property adjoins the owners and sleeps up to three people.

The local beach is now home to a newly finished Boardwalk which stretches along a good mile, offering stunning views across the south Coast. The nearby town of Shoreham-by-Sea is approximately a 10-12 minute walk/wheel away.
